What’s Hi5?

Hi5 is an inimitable initiative of AnyLinuxWork team. We enjoy work without stress. We live each moment like it’s the last moment. It’s a conscious and deliberate effort to ensure that our team is happy while working. We believe in the theory of ‘Karma’, meaning work. This concept states that we must give our cent per cent to work without bothering about results. That’s precisely what we encourage our employees to do. The team members have to give their best shot. If the results are good, the team members are appreciated. If they are not up to mark, the results are taken care of by the seniors. As a result, the employees do not worry about results, they just deliver their 100 per cent. This reduces work stress and they truly learn to love their work without worries.

Hi5 works by being Hi5. That means, it works by the efforts of team members. It works with several HR initiatives directed at making work fun and learning. It works with participation. It works with zeal. It works with smiles.

It works when three team members stand up to say three good things about a birthday boy or girl. It works when our HR girl throws a weird question at them to ponder through the day. It works with Joke of the Day or teasers tossed at them as they begin their day. It works when everyone kicks off a day with a Green Tea. It works when we all party together and party hard to celebrate a project’s success. It works when Employee of the month is announced. Hi5 works at ALW and is passed on from one to another heartily.
