AnyLinuxWork Infrastructure is the perfect balance of material facilities as well as the right kind of work culture. Our infrastructure, spread across 8000 square feet area in a centralised city location, professionally creates the right ambience where our software professionals are able to work in tight deadlines and stringent norms.
Our infrastructure is designed to house 125 professionals in a single shift. We religiously follow the principles of Ergonomics and efficiently meet the two goals of health and productivity for our employees. The furniture is ergonomically designed and has easy-to-use interfaces of machines. Through these little but vital considerations, we are able to ensure that our employees do not become victims of sedentary jobs and do not suffer from back pains, neck aches and inertia.
In addition, we have some very simple yet crucial work place facilities like adequate lighting, dedicated leased line Internet access, power back-up, networking and relaxation spaces in the form of canteen, library, music and recreation rooms.
ALW headquarters is divided into work areas like administration, HR, project management, recreation room, training hall with library and work area. Our work area, known as Colosseum, is further divided into coding, designing, QA and project manager cabins.
Moreover, AnyLinuxWork has a Corporate Social Responsibility of Using Power Wisely. As part of this strategy, our office spaces are such designed that each cabin enjoys natural sun light during the day, thus saving electricity. While the window covers control the heat and keep the surroundings cool, a power saving device has been installed in all the meters of the office, which reduces 30% of power consumption. We also follow the Go Green motto quite meticulously that is, we have kept plants around the campus while we use minimal paper.
