AnyLinuxWork Team is a focussed team right from the top level management to the developers. It combines strategic, managerial and technical talent. While the senior team ensures a unity of command while delegating authority, the subordinating team increases parameters with each project in order to grow and learn in the process.
ALW Team is an extremely competitive team specialising only on LAMP and PHP-MYSQL. The biggest advantage of being so focussed is that it helps the team stand out in the open source world and helps its members specialise in a specific field. We are the ‘PHP Company’ that takes on only the framework-based PHP coding projects – a factor that helps keep our eyes focussed on targets.
We are a team of 100 people growing at a rate of 35% per annum. With a balanced age mix, the team average age is 31 years with an average industry experience of 3.5 years. Our annual employee turnover rate since last five years has been below 15% that speaks volumes about the mutual appreciation between employees and the company.
Our team works on the Indian philosophy of Karma that focuses on ‘work’ more than ‘results’. Our seniors encourage employees when the results are great and review them critically when they are not up to the mark. As a result, our team members are able to deliver their 100 per cent.

Management Team Bios
Mahesh Singhal, Chairman and Chief Financial Officer: With a Bachelor of Engineering degree and 40 years of entrepreneurial acumen in his kitty, he has the right balance of logical bend and business understanding. With an eye for finance, he is gifted with uncanny administration abilities and strategic skills. A veteran businessman and a man of ethics, senior Mr Singhal manages the entire financials and company matters of ALW. He is a father figure of the company and a staunch believer of the theory of Karma – a trait that he has successfully embedded in everyone at the company and made everyone work on it.
Vivek Singhal, CEO: At 15, he head-started as an entrepreneur, adding numerous IT-related ventures along the journey. His functional understanding in software development has helped him in getting his company bigger and more challenging projects even in a small city from India. He has worked in the US for four years and in Europe for two years - an extensive international experience that has added to his overseas business perceptibility. An avid traveller, he keeps exploring places around the world for better business opportunities. He has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and is currently studying Law. He currently handles strategic business development and HR portfolio in the company. But what makes him stand out as a CEO is his process-driven attitude. He has successfully inculcated a pro-process culture in place of person-driven culture in his company.
Nidhi Mongia, Chief Operating Officer: She brings in work dedication and an impeccable commitment model wherein she leads and infuses motivation among everyone in the company to give their cent per cent. Nidhi carries over 12 years of IT teaching, networking, coding and analysis experience to the company. She has fostered the company’s growth in PHP organically during the last seven years. She single-handedly managed the company’s US operations from New Jersey for two years – an exposure that has given her the edge that she has been sharing with the company. A Masters in Business Administration as well as Computer Applications (MBA and MCA), Nidhi is a database expert with a firsthand experience of playing with servers – an attribute that gives her the insight into any new package that gets introduced in the industry.
Dinesh Panchal, Senior Project Manager: Apart from being a senior project manager of CMS division, Dinesh heads our training division. A Master of Science in Computer Applications, he installs the basics of coding in the team to start with. Associated with ALW for the last six years, he is a very good teacher and has grown organically to this position of a project manager. Having a straight forward and simple approach, Dinesh pulls the team and guides them along the way which makes him come across as a humble person who is respected by his team mates.
Manish Pathak, Senior Project Manager: He is a computing expert with dual master’s degree in Computer Applications. An experience in the eCommerce field for five years has given him a technical and functional expertise. In the past as a Team Lead, he has led 20-member coding teams and designed from a two-month to two-year long coding projects. His exposure to international software trade shows add to his eight-year long experience. Manish has a strong sense of introspection and self-correction that enhances his role as a project manager and helps him in guiding his team efficiently.
