AnyLinuxWork Team is all about human values. We consider people as assets as they are truly our source of energy. Our squad of dedicated professionals keeps increasing work parameters in order to learn and grow in the process of projects. Our clients find in them a true comrade dedicated towards their benefit. While the management team has the knack for getting the best out of the team, each member puts in his own best to stand by the client expectations. With a young team of 60 on-roll and 20+ contractual software professionals, we are growing at a rate of 35% per annum. The team average age is 31 years with an average industry experience of 3.5 years. Our annual employee turnover rate since last five years has been below 15% that speaks volumes about the mutual appreciation between employees and the company. We have an in-house time tested training module to induct fresh post graduates in the company on junior coding levels with 2 years job commitment to the company. That helps us to create a strong bench strength and train on new technologies within LAPM domain.

  • Mahesh Singhal – Chairman and Chief Financial Officer – The most vibrant pillar of our company. With 30 + yrs of industrial experience he has witnessed and contributed towards the growth of an IT industry. He has been the guiding light for the entire company.
  • Vivek Singhal – Chief Executive Officer – With 10+yrs of international experience, He has been striving to impart a new dimension to the IT industry with his proficient team.
  • Nidhi Mago – Chief Operating Officer – With 11+ yrs of industrial experience, Heading the team from the technical front and encouraging them to deliver their best. Spirited and versatile to have the results delivered on time. She has carved a niche for excellence in the company.
  • Manish Pathak – Senior Project Manager – With 8+ yrs of towering exp, He has been coordinating with the team to deliver the best for our clients.
  • Dinesh Panchal – Senior Project Manager – With 8+ yrs of distinguished exp, He has contributed towards intercom’s journey towards excellence.
  • Amit Mishra – Internet Marketing Manager – Delhi university graduate in Maths and economics, MBA in international business providing support & guidance to the SEO team. His novel ideas and suggestions are integral part of Intercom Online Pvt Ltd.
