We follow an agile process for project development. The first step is pre-coding documentation where we analyze the project in detail, define a clear project specification along with designing wireframes and html prototypes so that there is no confusion or gap between the client and team’s project understanding. Coding is done as per the object oriented concepts, and we normally use frameworks for designing and coding unless there is a package used for application development. We manage in-house servers for the development with SVN to maintain versions. We create staging server and online bug reporting account on Mantis for every project so that the client can check the progress online 24x7. We send daily project progress along with weekly updated project plan sheet for better project monitoring and control. We don’t accept modifications or new changes unless they are really critical in nature thereby following phase wise development and launching approach. We make use of our code-bank to re-use certain generalized scripts to reduce the coding time as well as errors on the system.
