There are different login levels
on the system as follows:
Client
login – As soon
as the project is allotted to
the company, a client login
is created on the PMS and the
project is enrolled. The client
gets a secure web-login from
where he can assess the project
progress in real time via Gantt
chart, and has an access to
all the documentation and correspondence
in relation to the project.
The system includes bug tracking
and messaging modules to facilitate
smooth completion of the project.
The system has been designed
with the basic aim of keeping
it very simple and easy to understand.

The
entire team from project manager
to team leaders and team members,
support and testing staff and
the management work online on
the system thereby cutting all
communication bottlenecks. Projects
are divided in modules and assigned
by the project manager to the
respective team leads who in
turn divide the modules in functions
and assign them to team members
under them. Support staff helps
in software testing before the
system is delivered to the client.
Company management also keeps
a track of the entire system
via management reports and communication
