ALW decks up to participate in CeBIT Australia 2012

Thursday, March 29th, 2012

AnyLinuxWork is all decked up to participate in the CeBIT Australia 2012 Show due to be held between May 22nd and 24th at Darling Harbour, Sydney. It is an absolute honour to be participating for the second consecutive year. The team is excited all the more this year as this is its second consecutive year which is sure to give it an edge over many other participants.

Like always, Team ALW is focused towards its offerings and is mainly targeting three areas namely –

1. Sourcing of open source development in PHP-MySQL and ROR; PHP with Automation Process;

2. Joint venture/Collaboration with global product Development Company.

3. Strategic partners/investors looking to work with mid-sized tier city based India IT Company.
In the software industry front, Australia has been experimenting. Australia is ranked 31st in the world for the maturity of its software industry. Start-ups are set to be crucial in helping Australia move up the ladder. Also, start-ups need to develop applications that are relevant to local companies and industry.
“This is the reason why ALW sees CeBIT as a wonderful platform to seek fresh partnerships with local IT companies in Australia. At the same time, we already have our foundation set in the country, thanks to the references of our existing Australian clients. We also get an opportunity to showcase what we have especially in the field of open source development in LAMP-PHP,” informs ALW CEO Vivek Singhal.
CeBIT is providing companies like us a chance for comparing notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations. A decade long history of CeBIT has proved it to be one of the biggest and most extensive business technology events in the world. And this is what gives us the motivation to register a professionally strong presence at CeBIT Show.

In addition to the three focus areas in CeBIT 2012, AnyLinuxWork would offer its three prestigious web products built on MVC Architecture, keeping Australian market in mind. These products are:
1) A ShopNetwork: This is a shopping network application based on B2B and B2C model built on MVC architecture. A ShopNetwork is basically a network of shops where shop owners can run their stores on their own domain or as a subdomain.

2) Rent A Property: This project has been developed keeping the real estate rental industry in mind. With the trend of more and more people opting for 2nd homes at holiday locations, the property owners can use this portal for renting out their properties online.

3) mFit Fitness Portal: Looking at the increasing fitness awareness coupled with social media features, AnyLinuxWork has created a unique fitness portal mFit. It can be deployed as plug-n-play system with client specific module customization. Fully developed on web 2.0 standards, mFit can be highly customized thanks to the modular coding approach followed in the development.

The AnyLinuxWork Corporate Profile exclusively includes framework-based PHP coding projects that have given us an edge over companies engaged in regular PHP projects. AnyLinuxWork is thus a ‘PHP Company’ that is equipped to deliver complex frame-work based projects smoothly as everyone on board specialises on one technology. Moreover, this year we have added PHP with Automation Process that has brought in more accuracy in terms of regression testing.

One of our biggest strengths has been a professional work flow following complete Project Life Cycle (PLC) including proper pre and post coding documentation using SRS, PPS, ERP diagrams; project management and reporting using project management tools like Base Camp, Mantis, online staging and production servers; quality analysis following unit and regression also automated regression testing as required.

We don’t take project as a one-time activity but a relationship as being in technology business, we understand there is always a requirement to make changes and addition in the application as per the dynamic web environment. We provide dedicated resources to work on the project for such changes as well as maintenance packages for the upkeep of the application on a long term basis.
We are a 100% software exports company since last 6 years, and therefore we understand Western work culture and professional requirements. This includes communication, reporting, sticking to deadlines and agreements terms, and confidentiality.

AnyLinuxWork has over a decade’s experience in off shore website development. We offer solutions for the right maintenance of the site so that the client has a hassle-free online business. We also offer several solutions for enhancing the enterprise operations of our clients.

We are excited to take these strengths at CeBIT Australia 2012 in Sydney. Our developers are looking forward to offering web development and design services that would create a positive difference for sites.

ALW chooses to be pro-active at CeBIT

Saturday, May 14th, 2011

AnyLinuxWork, as per its habit of displaying professionalism, is launching an electronic campaign to fix meetings with the local IT companies prior to its participation in the 10th CeBIT Australia Show that kicks off on May 31st in Sydney. As part of its well-thought out strategy to judicially utilize the platform, Team ALW is trying to convey mutual synergies to the local Australian companies through the campaign.

ALW CEO Vivek Singhal informed on Friday that the entire team had been systematically tracking down contacts and making a note of prospective visitors to the stall. “While we are sure that CeBIT itself is a great platform to showcase our services, we are equally determined to use this opportunity smartly. So we are holding meetings after CeBIT in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne so that people who couldn’t join us during CeBIT can make use of these personal one-to-one meetings,” he added.

The purpose of showcasing in CeBIT Australia is to create an image of AnyLinuxWork before the Australian companies while the business would follow automatically, he informed. “We are going with a long term goal of understanding Australian IT needs and answering any questions they might have in terms of outsourcing of the entire Project Life Cycle (PLC) process rather than getting business over the counter,” said Mr Singhal who shall be accompanied with senior team including COO Nidhi Mongia and senior Project Manager Dinesh Panchal.

Another vital advantage of this campaign is that the back-end team at ALW shall benefit a lot from the interactions and shall be able to prepare itself for meeting the cultural needs and requirements of Australian companies to serve them even better in the times to come.

AnyLinuxWork is participating in CeBIT Australia 2011 as an Indian PHP web development company and has a vision of being a leading company in the world of open source world to be able to contribute positively towards the growth of Software Industry in India. Its participation at CeBIT Australia is marked by its two important objectives: 1) Direct business and 2) Collaboration with a local IT firm.

ALW to shake hands with local IT companies at CeBIT

Thursday, May 5th, 2011

AnyLinuxWork wishes to seek local partnership in Australia during the 10th CeBIT Australia Show slated to begin on May 31st this year in Sydney.

ALW Team CEO Vivek Singhal informed in a press release recently that the company has two focus areas, namely, 1) Direct business, and more importantly 2) Collaboration with a local IT company during the show. “That is because we wish that our future local partner must act as our front face while doing business in the country”, he added.

There are several advantages of inviting partnership from a local IT company. First and foremost benefit is that communication with Australian clients would be easier and smoother. With a local partner around, ALW would be able to bridge the time and communication gaps between India and Australia. Second, having a local software development company, the understanding and functioning would become more efficient and Team ALW would be able to focus even over minor details for an efficient delivery. Third, despite that the cost would go up a little, it would result in efficient and fruitful overall working and dealing with clients.

ALW, a PHP web development company from India, is seeking partnership with a smaller IT company in Australia with a set-up of around 15-20 professionals so that it could match our business temperament. “We have been working on this model in the US, the UK and quite a few other European countries and it has yielded remarkable results. Hence this motivates us all the more to seek as similar kind of partnership in Australia too that already has our clients,” added the CEO. Being proponents of the open source world, we wish to create a like-minded partner preferably in Sydney or Melbourne where there are better opportunities of business.

Another vital benefit of having a local partner in Australia is that the partner would be able to make direct inquiries on our behalf. In addition, we wish to market our plug-n-play products through local partners or create more such products if there’s a need that they can identify. Notably, ALW is also launching its three plug-n-play products at CeBIT Australia. The three products are: ‘A ShopNetwork’ – a shopping network application; Rent a Property – a rental portal for properties and mFit – a fitness portal.

ALW to set a ‘Go Green’ example at ceBIT Australia

Friday, April 29th, 2011

Supporting a cause is one thing and doing something for it is another. AnyLinuxWork prefers to be in the latter category. In a bid to contribute towards the environment, the team has decided to use minimal paper during the 10th CeBIT Australia Show that commences on 31st May.

AnyLinuxWork Team is determined to showcase its Go Green motto at CeBIT Australia Show in Sydney by decreasing the number of pages in its company brochure to be carried to the show. For more details of the company, the clients would be able to contact the ALW representatives personally through e-mail. The team is carrying only a few brochure copies and wishes to showcase the company’s working through personal interaction, company website and power point presentations.

Shares ALW CEO Vivek Singhal, “We have always been a proactive company when it comes to environment conservation. At our headquarters back in India, we have been following the ‘Use Electricity Wisely’ motto quite religiously for the past year and a half. On similar lines, we wish to now use paper in the least possible volume so as to save trees and contribute a fair share towards environment conservation.”

Notably, Team ALW has been following several practices during office hours towards power and environment conservation. Employees are made to understand the significance of both through practicing little things like switching off the power when not in use, not using screen savers, minimizing the use of paper for communication, keeping plants inside office cabins etc. The team also pays special attention towards keeping fit and eating healthy.

ALW thus wishes to take the element of environment conservation at CeBIT Australia 2011 as well. Opines COO Nidhi Mongia, “ I have seen nobody has the time to read lengthy company brochures that easily find their way into dustbins during conferences and exhibitions. I feel a brochure must contain the most important details only. That way we would save paper and also learn to be precise in our communication.”

AnyLinuxWork is a PHP web development company at CeBIT Australia which is taking its services and products to the show. As an Indian company at CeBIT, ALW wishes to set ideal professional and business examples in its bid to contribute towards the development of healthy business practices in the open source world.

However, what is now evoking so much interest is that expertise in western software is starting to transform into a culture of originality in India, and therefore, it won’t come as surprise that by 2015, the country’s software industry will be worth 12 billion dollars. AnyLinuxWork ready for CeBIT, seeks to target start-ups

Friday, April 8th, 2011

AnyLinuxWork is all decked up to participate in the 10th CeBIT Australia Show due to be held from May 31st to June 2nd in Sydney. Like always ALW is focused. And this time the company is targeting the growing need for software start-ups in Australian Software Industry.

ALW considers it an absolute honour to be among the 600 companies showcasing their software products and services before as many as 30,000 visitors in CeBIT Australia 2011. Team ALW is focused towards its offerings and is mainly targeting two areas namely outsourcing of open source development in LAMP – PHP, and joint venture/collaboration with a local IT Company. AnyLinuxWork is also going to use its existing client references to generate more business from Australia.

But there’s always a reason behind what we do. We aren’t targeting Australia because we are participating in CeBIT. There is enough number of reasons as to why Australia could be a great market for companies like us.

First of all, Australia is the 13th largest economy in the world. Even during the financial crisis, Australia had kept growing and managed 0.732% economic growth, all thanks to its commodity exports. For the record, over the last two decades, Australia’s economy has experienced positive reforms that have boosted its economy, and raised its standard of living. In 2009, Australia GDP was estimated to be $920 billion. And if forecasts were to be trusted, its growth will continue at least for the next five years, peaking at 3.4% in 2012.

At the software industry front, Australia has been experimenting. Australia is ranked 31st in the world for the maturity of its software industry. In order to regain its former position, start-ups are set to be crucial in reviving Australia’s flagging software sector. Also, start-ups need to develop applications that are relevant to local companies and industry.

“This is the reason why ALW sees CeBIT Australia 2011 as a wonderful platform to seek fresh partnerships with local IT companies there. We also get an opportunity to showcase what we have especially in the field of open source development in LAMP-PHP,” informs ALW CEO Vivek Singhal, who will be flying in with his senior team including COO Nidhi Mongia and senior Project manager Dinesh Panchal.

As a web development company from India at CeBIT Australia, we believe the show offers a chance for comparing notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations. We at ALW come fully prepared with Linux-based answers and end-to-end SEO/SMM services. By offering these services, we wish to enhance clients’ enterprise operations, get them noticed on Online Space and ensure value for their money. In addition to participating as a PHP web development company at CeBIT Australia, AnyLinuxWork has a vision of being a leading company in the world of open source world to be able to contribute positively towards the growth of Software Industry in India.
