Offshore dedicated resources model is suitable for the SMBs for their medium size projects especially in the situations wherein it is difficult to follow traditional Software Development Life Cycle (Requirement Gathering, Project Planning, and Development). We work as an virtual extension of your organization working cohesively with your teams. The dedicated resource team works with full transparency and you are always in full control over it. Usually the client assigns tasks to be fulfilled by the resources we provide. The dedicated resource is available on IM, email and VOIP phone during the business hours, or as per your time requirements of feasible. We try to coordinate the working time so that there is a regular daily interaction of at least 3-4 hours.

This approach is preferable for relatively large projects with continuously changing specifications, and for projects that require project management from the client's team. This is also preferable for back office operation contracts. There are instances when the specialized expertise is required during the project and the dedicated team requires suitable technical guidance, for such situations our knowledge pool provide the needed support.

Our timings

The dedicated resource works for minimum 40 hours per week on full time basis and 160 hours per month.

Billing cycle

The billing under dedicated resource model is done twice in a month, for long-term projects (1 year and above) the monthly billing cycle is also adopted.

Following are highlights of a dedicated resource agreement:

• The resource profile has minimum 2+ year of experience in PHP-MySQL, Ruby on Rails including Nitro/Og and Camping along with good working knowledge of databases, basic Linux server admin, AJAX, basic frameworks, Java scripting, HTML and CSS. You can choose the best profile for your work from the profiles suggested by the project co-ordinator after analyzing the requirements. You can also request to change the profile later if there are any problems.
• The resource is dedicated on your project and works 160 hours per month minimum on the project. If there are some extra no. of working hours required then it will be billable as $12 per hour basis.
• There is a team lead assigned on the project that monitors the resource and is available for consultation and guidance.
• The dedicated resource is available on IM, email and VOIP phone during the business hours, or as per your time requirements of feasible. We try to coordinate the working time so that there is a regular daily interaction of at least 3-4 hours.
• There is daily reporting done in a excel sheet giving details of work done and time taken on each module. We can also adapt to your specific reporting format.
• Price for the resources on per hour, per day or per month basis.
