WORK CULTURE
We work as a team in a professional manner. We work more as a family than a senior junior relationships. At the same instance we are punctual with the work and the assignments given to employees should be finished on time. Nobody is found sitting just for finishing the required hours, but are allotted assignments to be completed in stipulated hours.

EVALUATION & FEEDBACK
The evaluation system is rigorous. We perform daily, monthly and yearly evaluation. These evaluations help in the daily assessment and performance appraisal process. Grades are provided to all employees at the end of the day based on their performance for the whole day. There is declaration of the employee of the year as well. We also have bonus for our employee working exceptionally or completing the work on time regularly. We also have a feedback form which can be filled from our site.
