The Republic Day of India commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India came into force replacing the Government of India Act 1935 as the governing document of India on 26 January 1950. The date 26 January was chosen to honour the memory of the declaration of independence of 1930. It is one of the three national holidays in India and while the main parade, Republic Day Parade takes place at the Rajpath in the national capital New Delhi where the president views the parade, state capitals also have their state celebrations. Flag hosting is done all over India.

The Happy Working Campaign- an HR initiative to maintain a stress-free work environment- kicked off with much zeal on January 4th. The objective of the initiative is to encourage the employees to avoid taking stress while working and learn to handle pressures. The first activity started with the writing of answers to an interesting question. ALW team mates geared up to think of witty replies to ‘Why a cycle can’t stand alone?’ and painted the ALWS wall with their thoughts. The Happy Working Campaign would have more such events and activities during the year.

After winning accolades for its stall in 2010 in Jaipur, AnyLinuxWork is excited to participate in the India Soft Trade Show in March 2011 to be held in Pune. The India Soft 2011 Trade show is an international IT event featuring some 150 Indian IT companies catering a host of solutions with value additions, three dimensional growth in skills, technology and expertise and around 350 IT buyers from plus 75 countries converging for business networking.
 ALW, like always, has specific focus areas during the show. These include sourcing of open source development in LAMP – PHP and ROR; Joint venture/Collaboration with global product Development Company; and Strategic partners/investors looking to work with mid sized tier city based India IT Company. It's the festival of lights again which is celebrated with much zest in India. ALW office would be closed from 4th to 6th November on the occasion of Diwali. The work would resume from November 8th . Also, we would be working on 13th and 27th too (usual holidays). ALW extends hearty wishes to all the clients and partners on Diwali. Lets use electricity wisely and keep the environment clean.

AnyLinuxWork.com successfully registered a strong and eventful presence at The Internet Show, which was hosted on September 21 and 22 in Abu Dhabi. The event turned out to be a success for AnyLinuxWork whose participation marked its entry into the Middle East. ALW was the only Internet development and marketing company present at The Internet Show that offered both the mix and strategies to incorporate SEO from the coding stage. Meetings had been scheduled on advance with the clients while we could also attract customers focusing on PHP offerings. We signed about five non-disclosure agreements at the show itself while one-one-one meetings were held after clients’ invitation in Dubai. What got ALW the most of attention was the appreciation of the ESC officials on its professional methods, its offerings and a strong presence. This continued with words of applause from Mr RC Nair, Counselor, Embassy of India, UAE.

ALW team is all decked up to hit The Internet Show that commences on September 21 2010 in Abu Dhabi. ALW CEO Mr Vivek Singhal and Senior Project Manager Mr Manish Pathak are excited to take our products to the exhibit. Last-minute preparations are on full swing while communications material including brochure have already been sent out. In the meantime, ALW team is busy replying to client inquiries that have been flooding ever since the announcement of our participation.
