CitizenCenter.com is a social website to help Citizens and Politicians to build better relationships. The site is built around Joomla (open source product - version 1.5) along with JomSocial extension. The site has simple interface, clear visual heading and consistent style across all pages. The home page of the website consists of registration, login, list of politicians, political centers, community centers, party centers, groups etc. A user can register on the website directly or with Facebook or Twitter. Only those politicians who have identified themselves as a Politician will be in the list. After logging into the account, the user can find member action center. Here the user can find messaging system; view his friends and invite his email friends; start a group and display group; upload and view photos, videos; create events and write blogs. The user can verify himself as a politician.

In My Profile section, there are features like wall, user profile, my status, biography and friends. On the group dashboard, the user can place group title, description, avatar, categories, add articles, blogs, videos, photos and like and dislike them. The user can also include his social media connections like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Wikipedia, Flickr and any other links based on URL. There is an FPmember widget used for configuration of displaying a specific type of user. In Groups section, there are some advanced customized features like any member can become a follower or supporter of any group or a group can be associated with one or more groups. Each associated group can have a relationship label assigned and can show member relationships. Each group can have one or more moderators and these moderators are assigned by Group Creator or Administrator. Each user will be able to create certain category of groups based on the permission of administrator. For generating funds out of group, the group admin can enable 'Fundraising'. Then group will show a Logo "Donate" on Group viewer page after which featured groups will be displayed. Twitter details will integrated within the Group Viewer. There are also some general enhancements like Google ads integration, Google analytics integration, and full site SSL layer support.
