Drums for School Portfolio

Drums for schools is basically a shopping cart site built around osCommerce open source package. There is a registration form on the website for creating login ID. The site has customized groups so that a user can sort through various criteria, as the website provides different discounts for different customer categories. The admin can manage groups and offer them different discounts. The products have audio or video files attached with them so that the user can listen to the sound of the instrument.  There is an advanced search option by range, categories, keystage, the place where the product comes and made from, and the name of the player. The static page of the website can be managed by the admin section easily. We have developed ‘mouse over’ Help text for the website which is controllable by the admin section.

There is a keystage given for each of the products. A user can search by product keystage. On category pages, there is a customer testimonial section, which is controllable by the admin section so that the admin can select a testimonial for every category page. In the admin section, there is also an option for reporting system like central reporting and marketing report. There is a class code for separating products and showcasing every product.

For Meta tag, there is a functionality customized for SEO URL so that the meta tags and CSV files can be directly uploaded from the admin section. There can be different Meta tags for various products. On the products page, there is a customer feedback form also.

There is a customizable design and template so that the website layout changes on the basis of user group. There is a dynamic slide show for customer groups.  For selected group products, there is the functionality for CSV import where the admin can upload products with CSV file.  Sage Pay payment gateway is integrated for payments.
