The site has been built around PHP with Object-Oriented approach, and MySQL (Database). We have created an HTML editor for items and added header/footer for the site, so that any one can change it. A person good in PHP can modify/add the functionality as well, if required. We have used Javascript, PHP, and AJAX to create "Menu/Title” and "Quick Cart".  There is a created module for currency converter by which user can find rates in different currencies. The site Green Land Design has an HTML Editor for adding items’ description and information pages. The admin can manage items. There is an option to add attributes like "Size", "Color" etc for the items. The admin can see the details of orders made on the site with shipping option and payment gateway settings. There is a gift-wrapping module where the admin can set the price for gift-wrapping.

Whenever users click the "Buy" button, an item is added on the quick cart immediately. We have used AJAX and inner html for this functionality, as AJAX never refreshes the whole page. Quick Basket contains a record of the transaction. As a result, even if the user has forgotten to save after purchasing, he would be able to access the detail of the transaction next time when he logs in. We have created a temporary table of quick cart for showing the cart in future as well without username/password. The IP address of the computer will be saved in the database temporarily to show the cart content next time as well. In Quick cart, there are two buttons -  "View Cart" to go to main cart page for final checkout and "Delete from quick cart". There’s a currency converter through "XE.Com" integrated on the site. In the basket, the shipping price will be calculated and added in the grand total. The user can select Extra-Gift Wrapping cost option to get the item gift-wrapped. On the final checkout page, the user has to select the payment method and has to enter the credit card details. We have integrated PROTX VSP as payment gateway. We will use CSS for all the buttons. The whole site will be designed keeping the W3C standards in mind.
