Meetingsin

Meetinsin is an online portal where user can search hotels or venue for meeting on the basis of location and number of participants. Search results will display list of all venues with the details of venue name, address, number of bedroom and meeting rooms, option to add venue to user list and detailed page link. We used world database and provided autosuggest in location search option. The website has different types of listing plans; hotels appearing in search results are displayed according to their listing plan. Premium members’ listings are highlighted and their area is listed on top in search results. Premium members can add images and videos of their hotels. There is a city guide option on the website containing information of cities. Users can add venue to their list while searching the website. The Hotel Details page contains images and videos of hotel and details of meeting rooms and bedrooms. Users can subscribe for newsletter for updates on the website. Users will be redirected to third party website for booking of any selected hotel.

The website is built on Zend framework, PHP 5.2 and My SQL 5.

The admin can add/edit/delete listing of hotels and download them in CSV format. The admin can search venues by location and keyword basis. He/she can add different sales managers for different  countries so that request to add a premium listing by a hotel member will be redirected to sales manager of his/her country. The admin can add/edit/delete newsletter and send it to members. He/she  can track search queries used by the user on the website to search venues for meeting. The admin can track errors occurring during search location on the website. He/she can add Adsense advertisement on the website by just pasting Adsense advertisement codes. The admin can manage static or informational pages by simple content management system.
