Rent A Property Portfolio

It is a multilingual vacation portal with social network features built around the PHP 5.2 language and My SQL 5.0 database. We have developed this site from scratch using Zend framework. Zend framework follows MVC architecture for rapid web application development. It is Browser-compatible with IE 7 and above, Firefox 3 and above, Google Chrome and Safari. An exhaustive listing related to property makes the site more useful and user-friendly.

An advertiser can log in and upload property listings to the site. An advertiser can upload various listings with extra text, multiple rental units, special offers, direct address, amenities, photographs, calendar availability and other services. He can receive direct inquiries from the customer on the listings. A user can plan the vacation and search for the rentals as per the country and locations.

A user can make use of the offers posted by the advertiser; schedule the holidays and book the rentals. The user is also able to check the availability of the hotel or villa, room’s interior and its charges, nearby places and other services provided by the listing owner. The user can view the special offers and search properties by various categories.

Community portal workflow: Users can create network with the help of community features available on the site. Users can upload stories, photos; browse interactive map, and participate in forums and blogs.

On property page, there are functionalities like uploading photo, checking availabilities calendar, viewing location on map, viewing rental rates, reviewing properties and viewing accommodation. A general user can join the network and communities. Here too, the user can write stories, mark tags, use messaging, write guest book entries, vote in poll, and get spotlight. Advertiser, on the other hand, can create special offers, place order for special offers and manage listing.

The administrator can manage users, property content, community portal, rental contract, SMS gateway integration.
