The site facilitates the users to search for vacation rental properties at desired destinations. The property owners can post the availability and local details and the users can search and select their locations on the basis of available choices.

It is a multilingual vacation portal with social network features built around the hot property component of Joomla 1.5 and SH404 for SEO urls with PHP 5.2 language and My SQL 5.0 database. The Payment Gateways are Money Bookers, Paypal and Plimus.   Ajax and Web 2.0 were used where ever possible for enriched user experience. The site is designed to mitigate risks and restrict users by retrying their malicious deeds. It is Browser compatible with IE 7 and above, Firefox 3 and above, Google Chrome, Safari. Exhaustive listing corresponding to property makes the site more useful and user friendly.

There is Google map - API integrated and customized - to display multiple properties based on search results. We have developed custom component for this. We have integrated database to add and populate properties on site apart from developing custom modules for holiday by seasons, theme, popular destination and other features. It has customized Joomla search to search properties and, placed and customized Google ads. Advertisers will have their separate control panel where they can login and upload the property listings to the site. Advertisers can upload various listings with extra text, multiple rental units, special offers, direct address, amenities, photographs, calendar availability and other services. For calendar we have used component hp_availability calendar.  Advertiser can receive direct inquiries from the customer on the listings.

Advertiser can have facilities for property brochure; can post local events, and have list of nearby attractions and shops, SMS inquiries, free calendar, payment gateway, post and read reviews, autopost to classified sites, vacation rentals directory, and SMS.

We have developed custom component and module for user registration and login so that a user can plan the vacation and search for the rentals as per the country and locations. The user can make use of the offers posted by the advertiser and schedule the holidays and book the rentals. The user is able to check the availability of the hotel or villa, rooms and interior and charges, nearby places and other services provided by the listing owner.

Community portal workflow: The user can create network with the help of community features available on the site. Users can upload stories, photos, browse interactive map, and participate in forums and blogs. There is youtube API integration for the user to upload videos.

The mobile version of the site makes it extremely handy. Get Leads by Mobile and Palm have been developed using PHP.
