Description

It is a community portal for fitness enthusiasts with diet and fitness tracking tools along with Gym, Personal Trainer and Dieticians Customer Fitness management modules with different membership plans. Individual members can daily track their fitness on the site, create their meal plans or let well-known gym personal trainers and dieticians on board customize and monitor their fitness regime for them. Members can also create and share recipes, know nutritional value and calorie count of their meal intake and they can discuss on exciting topics like fitness, sports, movies, news share experiences, even create groups or forums, share photos. Gym trainers can access and upload meal plans and workout routine for their online members. Gym owners can keep a track of the meal and workouts of the members. They can create food items to be added in the database and create custom recipes, workout plans and diet plans. Nutritionists can have an access to manage mFit online users. The accounts for the nutritionists and fitness trainers can only be created in the backend by the gym associates. Admin can manage the entire contents of the website including the articles and recipes posted by the users. The admin can also manage user profiles, gym owner section, fitness trainers and dietician sections. The admin can add/edit workout plans, food plans, recipes and embed videos. Admin can also manage all the posts on forums and blogs.

Key Features

  • mFit supports multiple levels of users viz. Individual members, Personal trainers/Nutritionists and Gym owners.
  • Compare Photos section generates the closest measurements with the date of the photos taken and provides a calculated difference between the measurements.
  • Members can compare body stats with previous entries. They can also set goals of weight they want to gain or lose within the time frame.
  • mFit calendar allows the users to mark dates with records.
  • There are several meal and workout plans available in the database. The members can subscribe to one of the predefined plans or create their own customized plans as per the trainer’s recommendation.
