The program includes 2 months of training with practical assignments, and 1 month of dedicated project work. We follow oops concepts and MVC architecture in the coding; therefore the entire training is focused with the aim of object oriented concepts from the beginning. Topics covered in-depth under training are XHTML, JS, JQuery, PHP-MySQL, Zend, Smarty, Savant, Joomla and osCommerce.
We follow a professional approach for the project development as that forms the most important part of the training. The trainee has to go through the entire project development life cycle starting from the detailed analysis, pre-project documentation, drawing validation test cases, following proper coding standards, and post project documentation. For the project, the trainee works under the direct supervision and guidance of the project manager.
Induction program is equally important as is training. There are a lot of other aspects of being a good programmer rather than just the functional expertise, including behavioral aspects, communication, working methodology, team spirit etc. that the trainee learns by working in the actual work place and looking at the seniors. We follow a lead by example approach and work towards forming a good working comradery between the seniors and juniors of the company.
- Graduates with BE/PG degree in Computer Science and 3+ grade on 5 point scale.
- Coding experience in any technology preferred with clear oops concepts.
- Dedicated personality with a zeal to learn and passion for taking challenges with easy going - fun loving attitude.
- Should be able to clear the on-line as well as technical test based on C++, database, logical and English language Questions and comply with other conditions of the job.
