Training at AnyLinuxWork is a serious attempt towards employees’ growth and development.  We wish to update the technical knowledge and develop soft skills of our employees from time to time. The philosophy behind our training programmes is to offer a platform for growth and keep our employees abreast with the latest industry trends.

Our training usually has two areas: Soft Skills Training and Technical Training. We have trainings for both the juniors and freshers and for seniors and team leads. Our Soft Skills training focuses on business communication and trends wherein we pay a lot of attention to proper English Communication since all our clients are based outside India and we wish to equip our employees in smooth communication. While there are dedicated lessons on English Communication taught through guest faculty, workshops on soft skills like table manners, business etiquettes, general awareness, business expressions, dressing sense etc are conducted from time to time by industry experienced lecturers.   

The business communications training is organized not only for our business analysts but also for all our Team Leads and Project Managers in order to train them in practical issues like replying to queries, talking with clients, language to be used, business expressions etc.

Technical Training involves a variety of modules depending upon the need and level of the employees. Every new entrant at ALW goes through a comprehensive training on PHP MYSQL. Since we are a ‘PHP Company’ with a specific focus on only framework-based PHP coding projects, our standard of PHP is quite high. And so we have designed an in-house two-month long full- time intensive training module covering all the topics of LAMP and PHP MYSQL in detail from a practical perspective. These include training in OOPS based coding, MVC architecture, server setup and Internet media marketing for several kinds of sites, Web 2.0 concepts, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery and so on.

Our training modules are so professionally designed that quite a few universities have bought them under licensed agreement while we have also filed patents for them. In addition, we design training modules to update the juniors and seniors with the current up gradation happening in technologies.

We have state-of-the-art Audio-Visual setup, Power Point presentations and Computer-Based Tutorials for the purpose of training. A fully equipped Library with books on relevant topics also supports the trainees from time to time.

Training at ALW is provided to only those who wish to join ALW and have a Masters of Computer Applications degree apart from clear coding concepts.
